断桥铝门窗的保温隔热要求

Insulation requirements for aluminum doors and Windows of the bridge 

 

型材的腔体设计：型材应采用多腔体结构，减少热量的流失，同时应使外窗隔热构件上下共面，形成整体隔热面，消除冷桥，阻断热量流失通道。

Profile of the cavity design: profile multi-cavity structure should be adopted, and reduce the loss of heat, and should be up and down outside the window insulation components coplanar, form the overall insulating surface, eliminate cold bridge, block heat loss channels. 

 

　　2.玻璃安装槽内宜安装隔热胶条：增加空气腔室的数量，降低中空玻璃四周与型材之间的热量损失，提高整窗的保温效果。

2. It is appropriate to install insulation tape inside the glass installation slot: increase the number of air chamber, reduce the heat loss between the hollow glass and the profile, and improve the insulation effect of the whole window. 

　　3.窗扇应采用T型隔热条设计：窗扇隔热条设计为T型，与中间胶条搭接，实现扇框连接处冷热分区。禁止将中间胶条直接搭在扇的铝型材上。

3. The window fan shall be designed with a t-shaped insulation bar: the window fan insulation bar is designed as a T type, with the middle strip to be connected, and the cooling and heat partition of the fan frame can be realized. It is forbidden to put the intermediate glue bar directly on the aluminum section of the fan. 

　　4.隔热条应采用聚酰胺66（即Polyamide66,俗称尼龙66）。

　　5.玻璃暖边条：双层中空玻璃空腔四周宜设置暖边条，阻断玻璃空腔散热通道。

5. Glass warm edges: warm edges should be set in the double layer hollow glass cavity, blocking the heat sink of the glass cavity. 

　　6.在传热系数要求高的地域，可根据项目定位，在型材隔热腔体内增加保温隔热材料，满足K值要求。

6. In the area of high heat transfer coefficient, according to the positioning of the project, heat insulation materials should be added to the heat insulation cavity of profile materials to meet the K value requirements. 

　　7.外门：住宅首层住户通向花园的外平开门应设门槛，禁止不设门槛，门底部用毛刷封闭。住宅首层住户通向花园的双扇平开外门，关闭后两扇应咬合搭接，禁止中间留缝用毛刷封闭。

7. Outer door: the opening of the first floor of the residence to the garden should be set bar, no threshold should be set, and the bottom of the door shall be closed with a brush. The first floor of the residence opens to the garden with a double open door. The two doors should be closed after closing, and the middle seam should not be closed with brush.
