外门窗质量控制性能要求

Performance requirements for quality control of external windows and doors

一、密闭性要求

1. Airtight requirements

1.角部密封条（胶角）：密封条应避免转角拼接，应将转角处密封条设计成90度整体式胶角。

1. corner seal (glue angle): the sealing strip should avoid the angle splicing, and the sealing strip at the corner should be designed as the 90 degree integral glue angle.

2.框扇密封条：开启扇部位宜设计三道密封胶条，分别为主密封胶条、扇压边胶条和框压边胶条。

二、防渗漏要求

Two, anti leakage requirements

1.外窗必须设置排水通道、排水口、排气孔（气压平衡孔），排出窗框扇内积水。排水口外侧应设扣盖，防止强风将雨水、灰尘吹入窗扇。

2.隔热条应采用C型构造，与内外铝型材复合后在同一个水平面上，避免隔热条处积水造成渗漏、腐蚀隐患。同时可增加隔热条长度，提高热工性能。

3.门窗洞口尺寸：结构洞口预留不应过大，避免封堵困难造成渗漏隐患。

4.企口：窗洞因为特殊原因，如外墙为石材幕墙，洞口预留尺寸大，结构洞口建议做企口，企口应与混凝土墙同时浇筑。

三、 框扇结构要求

组角：组角是关系到门窗整体性的重要工序。

抹胶工艺：一般情况下应采用角码+抹组角胶工艺，窗角禁止未抹胶即挤压成型。

Gumming process: the corner angle + glue process should be put under normal circumstances, the corner of the window do not wipe glue that is extrusion molding.

注胶工艺：组角亦可采用角码+导胶槽+注胶孔+双组份注胶+角片工艺，保证角部强度要求，确保门窗成品在运输、安装后无变形移位现象的出现。

Plastic injection process: angle can be used to bracket two-component glue injection + process + Guide + glue groove angle + plastic injection hole, ensure the corner strength, make sure the doors and windows products in the transportation and installation of no deformation after shift phenomenon.

四、保温隔热要求

Four. Requirements for heat insulation and heat insulation

型材的腔体设计：型材应采用多腔体结构，减少热量的流失，同时应使外窗隔热构件上下共面，形成整体隔热面，消除冷桥，阻断热量流失通道。

2.玻璃安装槽内宜安装隔热胶条：增加空气腔室的数量，降低中空玻璃四周与型材之间的热量损失，提高整窗的保温效果。

3.窗扇应采用T型隔热条设计：窗扇隔热条设计为T型，与中间胶条搭接，实现扇框连接处冷热分区。禁止将中间胶条直接搭在扇的铝型材上。

5.玻璃暖边条：双层中空玻璃空腔四周宜设置暖边条，阻断玻璃空腔散热通道。

6.在传热系数要求高的地域，可根据项目定位，在型材隔热腔体内增加保温隔热材料，满足K值要求。

7.外门：住宅首层住户通向花园的外平开门应设门槛，禁止不设门槛，门底部用毛刷封闭。住宅首层住户通向花园的双扇平开外门，关闭后两扇应咬合搭接，禁止中间留缝用毛刷封闭。

五、安全技术要求

1.玻璃扣条：玻璃扣条应安装在室内一侧，禁止将内开窗翻转成外开窗使扣条安装在室外一侧，保证防盗、安全、玻璃更换的要求，不留渗漏隐患。

六、附框施工

Six, frame construction

1.附框外侧与墙体间的缝隙应均匀，宜控制在10～15 mm。附框采用固定安装位置应满足:角部的距离不应大于150mm，其余部位的固定片中心距不应大于500mm，固定点与墙休固定点的中心位置至墙体边缘距离不应小于50mm。

2.附框塞口：钢副框与主体结构之间缝隙应采用干硬性水泥砂浆填塞，确保密实、严禁采用发泡剂填充。外侧做“α角（八字）”。涂刷1.2厚防水涂料。

七、主框扇安装施工

主框与窗扇在工厂加工完成并组装，可以提高加工精度，从而提升整窗的气密性、水密性。

The main frame and the window sash are finished and assembled in the factory. The machining precision can be improved and the air tightness and water tightness of the whole window can be improved.

1.塞口完成后，按设计图纸检查核对窗规格、型号开启形式、开启方向、安装孔方位及组合附件等，如发现有变形者严禁安装上墙。

2.用规整的垫片保证铝合金窗框与钢副框之间间隙≤10，并使周边间隙均匀。

3.校核铝合金窗框的正侧面的垂直度、水平度对角线，合格后及时进行报验及评定。

4.主框清理和打外框胶

4.1.按规定领用指定颜色的中性硅酮耐厚密封胶将墙与门窗连接部位10mm范围用毛刷、干布清扫干净，贴好美纹纸，打胶，并用手或工具抹平，撕下美纹纸，进行局部调整。

4.2.注意：外墙为涂料饰面时，外框胶应与涂料基层粘结；外墙饰面为石材、墙砖、铝板材料时，外墙饰面材料不能
